What
is the Difference Between Using an Attorney and
Using a Consultant to Prepare My Application?
An attorney provides
advice and representation on your application using the legal
standards required by the Government. Non-attorney
consultants ("packagers") have neither the
authority nor the expertise to provide legal advice or
representation. If you encounter a legal challenge to your
application, a non-attorney consultant cannot help you.
Federal Access takes a legal approach in preparing your
application. At prices that often match or beat the
services offered by non-attorney consultants, we conduct a
thorough legal review of your documentation and commit to
helping you if the SBA asserts administrative roadblocks to
your eligibility. In short, we give you the peace of mind
that comes with knowing that you are
getting the best possible professional assistance throughout the application process.
