Service Levels / Pricing
1. 8(a)/SDB Eligibility Consultation.  This personalized consultation service will assist you in confirming your eligibility for the  8(a) or SDB program.  If you have questions about your eligibility, this service is what you need to move forward.  We will conduct an full legal analysis to assist you in making an informed decision regarding the submission of your application.  Our analysis notifies you of any red flags in regard to your eligibility. This service provides everything you need to make a decision regarding whether or not to submit an application.  Our price: $125.00.
 
2. 8(a)/SDB Application Kit.  The 8(a) / SDB Application Kit provides all the information you need to compile your application documents quickly and efficiently.  This Kit includes:
 
o Detailed instructions on how to assemble your application to ensure quick processing;
o Detailed instructions for preparing your Business History, Social Disadvantage, Economic Disadvantage, Two-Year Business Waiver, and other narratives;
o Free access to online Government Contracts Access Kit; 
o Free e-mail technical support; and
o Free Newsletter updates.

This Packet has a value that will last long after you have completed your application.  It will assist you in managing your new 8(a) or SDB company to maximize your benefits after certification.  Our price: $250.00.
 
3. 8(a)/SDB Application Review Service.  If you have already completed your SDB  application package, you may send it to us for review before submitting it to the SBA.  Our review service will assist you in determining whether the application is correctly filled out, and whether you meet the SBA's eligibility requirements.  Our starting price: $400.00. (Additional fees apply for legal review of "social disadvantage", "economic disadvantage", "potential for success", and other narratives or explanations).
 
4. Full SDB Consultation Service.  This service provides you with a maximum level of confidence in submitting your SDB application to the SBA.  We provide you with the 8(a) / SDB Application Kit PLUS a complete legal review of your application prior to filing.  This review will identify any potential problems with your application and help you to correct these problems before the SBA sees your application.  The review includes checking to ensure that your application forms are properly completed and assembled.  It also includes a thorough review of your narratives and explanations to ensure that they meet the regulatory requirements.  Under this service, the Law Offices of J. Cobbie de Graft will act as your attorney throughout the SBA's screening and processing stages.  Ask for price.
 
5. 6. Representation Before the SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals (SBA/OHA).  If your application has been turned down by the SBA, then this service is for you.  We provide full legal representation before the OHA in your appeal of the SBA's decision.  The process involves an initial consultation, complete review of your application, review of the SBA's decision, preparation and filing of your appeal, and follow-up representation through the issuance of an OHA decision.  Ask for price.
 
7. Other Legal Services.  In addition to assisting companies to apply for 8(a) or SDB certification, we provide legal assistance in taking full advantage of these programs to access and perform government contracts.  Examples of additional 8(a) and SDB services we provide cover the 7(j) program, the joint venture program, and the mentor-protege program.  We also provide assistance in handling 8(a)/SDB contract dispute and reporting requirements.  Ask for price.
