	Past Performance.  The DoD Past Performance Automated Information System (PPAIS) is a web-enabled application that allows contractors to access their own past performance information.  It is also a central warehouse used to retrieve performance assessment reports received from the Army's Past Performance Information Management System (PPIMS), DISA's Past Performance Tool (PPT), and the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) used by the Navy, USMC, Air Force, DLA and other defense agencies.
