EXECUTIVE AGENCIES :: The secretaries of fourteen departments make up the U.S. Cabinet (see list below).  It is the role of each department to assist the President in implementing national policy.  These "executive agencies" administer, directly or indirectly, the majority of funding that goes into purchasing goods and services for the Federal government.  The links below provide drill-down information about the 14 executive agencies, including how they each serve as a gateway to small and small disadvantaged business (SDB) contracting opportunities.
