Resource Description. The Legal Resource Center provides you with a library of materials to address legal issues affecting your business.  These materials include laws, regulations, cases and administrative rulings of significance to small businesses.  For the fundamentals, go to our page on the U.S. Constitution.  The Legislation section focuses on Congressional activities of relevance to the small business government contractor community.  Use the sections on Statutes and Executive Orders to explore highlights of legal developments affecting small business government contractors.  The section on Judicial Decisions addresses cases decided under the U.S. court system.  The Administrative Decisions section focuses on cases decided at the agency level, including those decided by Boards of Contract Appeals or the General Accounting Office.
