Graft has been in the field of government contracts law since
1992. He has counseled many small businesses on a range of
issues in this field. A graduate of the University of
Notre Dame Law School, he is admitted to the bar in New York
State and the District of Columbia.

has been practicing law since 1995. She specializes in
business transactions and commercial litigation. She holds
her law degree from the George Mason University Law School, and
is a member of the Virginia Bar.
